Freelancer Terms

Updated October 2026
On this page

1. Independent professional account

These terms apply to an individual professional accepted to offer services through Deyram. You are responsible for maintaining the licences, permits, professional qualifications and insurance required for your activity. These terms do not create an employment relationship.

2. Registration and verification

Provide accurate identity, contact, service-area, payment and qualification details and any documents requested for verification. Keep information current and promptly report changes. Do not let another person use your provider account unless Deyram has authorised that access.

3. Listing and service quality

Describe each service, price, duration, location, travel requirement and availability accurately. Maintain the calendar in the provider app, accept only bookings you can fulfil, arrive on time, use safe professional practices, and promptly tell the customer and Deyram about delays or changes.

4. Booking payments and fees

Applicable commission, transaction, registration, renewal and other fees are disclosed during onboarding or in a separate commercial agreement. Settlement is based on completed bookings and the applicable statement, adjustments and agreement. Review your earnings and invoices and contact Support about a discrepancy.

5. Provider cancellation and customer compensation

You may cancel without a late-cancellation penalty during the configured grace period measured from booking creation. After that period, if the appointment is within the configured 24-hour window, the policy applies a separate provider penalty payable to Deyram and customer compensation. Both percentages are calculated from the provider service amount, excluding Deyram's fee and tax. See the full Cancellation and Refund Policy for current settings. Report emergencies promptly; evidence may be requested.

6. Customer conduct and complaints

Treat customers respectfully and protect their personal information. Do not discriminate, harass, misrepresent your qualifications, or request off-platform payment to avoid applicable charges. Deyram may review complaints, booking records and supporting evidence and may make a decision under the applicable policy and law.

7. Account and content

Protect your login details and tell Deyram promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You may pause availability in the provider app where the control is available. You retain rights to material you upload and permit Deyram to display it to operate your service listing. Do not upload content without the necessary rights.

8. Suspension, changes and contact

Deyram may restrict access for suspected fraud, invalid documents, unsafe or unlawful services, repeated booking failures or material breach, subject to applicable law. Deyram may update these terms by publishing a revised version. Contact Deyram Support. Read the Registration Terms, Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy.
