1. Acceptance and eligibility
By registering through the Deyram website or an app, you agree to these Registration Terms, the applicable Customer Terms or Partner Terms / Freelancer Terms, and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally eligible to register. A person registering for a business must have authority to bind it.
2. Information you provide
Provide accurate name, phone, email, address, location and other information requested for your account. Provider applicants must also provide accurate business or professional details and requested verification documents. Keep all information current and tell Deyram about material changes.
3. Verification and decisions
Deyram may verify the information and documents you submit, request additional documents, delay onboarding while checks are in progress, or decline an application. Registration does not guarantee acceptance or a particular onboarding time. Providers must maintain required licences and permits after approval.
4. Account security and authorised use
You are responsible for protecting your password and activity under your account. Do not share credentials or create duplicate accounts to obtain promotions or bypass restrictions. Transactions must be authorised by the relevant payment-card holder. Notify Deyram promptly if you suspect account compromise.
5. Provider fees
Provider registration, transaction, service, renewal, cancellation or commission charges may apply where disclosed during onboarding or in a separate commercial agreement. Read the applicable Partner Terms or Freelancer Terms and the current Cancellation Policy.
6. Suspension, deletion and updates
Deyram may request verification or restrict an account where required to investigate suspected fraud, inaccurate information or a breach, subject to applicable law. You may request account deletion through available app controls; some transaction and legal records may need to be retained. Deyram may update these Registration Terms by publishing a revised version.
